An excellent throwback to 16-bit racers, I must say. It plays surprisingly well, flash programming (and the programmers behind it) will never cease to surprise.
Ok sim game, not half-bad fan creation.
"So pretty much everyone is going to kick the shit out of you"
That's too true. As the guy who's got all 14 volumes of Love Hina manga on his shelf, this game has my seal of approval (god knows you could have done a MUCH worse with these characters).
But it's more fun playing through sim games when they have more streamlined interfaces like Sim Girl (especially when playing with friends); having to walk home to sleep and then walk to Tokyo U to beef up is a pain in the ass.
But you got your shit right, and this is worth wasting a few hours on. I always thought Motoko smoked the ganja...
As a movie its not much
But it nice to hear more of Shok's music. No. 1 was too fast paced, no. 3 was a bit too vague and mysterious, 4 was pretty good, 5 didnt quite seem so portal-ish, but no. 2 was fantastic. That would deffinetly be my suggestion, no. 2.
I played this already on Sohu...
And man was it hard to get a hang of, with it not being in english an all hahaha. But it was pretty easy to understand thereafter, on button repeats, on button proceeds.... easy. Entertaining as always, these Xiao Xiao movies.
I got 32 over par on the last hole ;_;. But besides that, what a game. I cant believe this is made with flash. It's alot better than all the other REAL golf games out there... who cares about those I got mini put right here... now im gonna go play some real miniature golf now that im in the mood =)
it was ok...
You deffinetly had the right idea here. The prospect of making a detective based game is refreshing for the portal... unfortunately, you should learn how to produce better visuals or let somone else take care of that while you do the programing. Otherwise, great job. And btw, the Smurf AYB thing was hilarious, and you were out of step calling people who like that all jackasses. There are hundreds of people who like that thing so maybe you should watch what you say. Keep an open mind.
you had the right idea...
Well, I liked the fact that you threw in questions based on newly released simpsons eps, but i got finished with the trivia in less than 45 seconds with no errors.... you should probably have added more questions and with greater difficulty. Now thats just my opinion. The simpsons have been a part of my life since i was allowed to watch em in 2nd grade, so this is kind of a refreshing change.
